Sometimes life may seem hectic, and it may feel like there is always an endless list of things to get done, and so forth. That’s why it’s so important to be aware of the ways you are spending your time, and to find ways to create greater peace and simplicity within your life. When you are living from a place of peace from within, it is only natural that your external life circumstances will begin to mirror this internal state, more and more. You will feel a desire to create this within your surroundings, within your schedule, and to have more peace and flow within your relationships with others as well.
Sometimes the best gift you may be able to offer yourself is just a bit of open, empty space. It can be so easy to try and fit so many things into the weekend, or other periods of free time during the week, but it’s important to be willing to slow down from time to time, and see what emerges from within the space. Within this space, you may find yourself deciding to go take a walk in nature, have a bit of time to meditate, pray, or allow yourself to engage in some creative projects or deep reflection. Whatever it may be, within the space you are giving yourself the gift of time so that you may fill it with whatever you need most.
It’s also very important to create an environment around you that is peaceful and pleasant as well. If you are surrounded by clutter, or papers, or whatever it may be, this clutter will draw your attention and be a distraction for you. It may also make it harder to come to a place of peace within, if the environment is looking messy or chaotic in some way. So make it a priority to keep your living space free of clutter as much as possible, and consider giving away what is no longer needed. Whenever you can make donations to a place like the thrift store, not only are you creating more peace and space within your own home, but you can share blessings with others as well.
It’s also important to be aware of what you are consuming on a regular basis. Are you surrounding yourself with people and resources that are uplifting and inspiring, or those that are filled with constant negative energy, make you feel stressed, or bring you down? The energy of what you surround yourself with is ultimately what becomes a part of your energy as well, so it’s important that whatever or whoever you choose to spend your time with is supportive and uplifting for you, and for them to be growth inducing connections. As you can release sources within your life that drain your time and energy, this will help to clear your own energy field and help you to feel more centered so that when you are wanting to share your light in various ways, you can do so from a place of peace and flow.
As you begin to create more and more space within your life, what is it that you will end up filling your time with instead, you may wonder? As you become clearer about what you value most, by clarifying your priorities, you will be guided how to prioritize your time. And it may be natural that certain things, people, or experiences begin to fall away. As you become clearer about what you’d like to spend more of your time doing, and what you may need to release more of, life will begin to flow in the direction of your vision more and more. Your inner compass will guide you, aligning your life in the direction of where your heart may be calling you to go.
And most importantly, decluttering the mind is also important! As you release mind patterns that no longer serve you, and create space within your own mind, this will allow for more peace to flow in. And from this place of peace, you may be guided in the direction of happiness and pleasant dreams for your life, more and more. You will flow from a place of lightness, grace, and ease, with everything you do. When you are staying centered within your own peace, light, and bliss from within, it is only natural that the circumstances and people in your life will begin to reflect this for you more and more as well!
Wishing you all a lovely holiday season and fabulous 2025 New Year of beautiful peace and wellbeing,
With Love, Nicole
