What would you like to create? Many people think that being creative is limited to certain activities, such as artistic pursuits and such, and while this may be part of it, being creative can be demonstrated in so many other ways as well. Ultimately, we are all the creators of our lives, and life is our "canvas" in which we may choose to paint whatever it may be that lights up our hearts, makes us feel more alive, and feel inspired.
And yet, sometimes challenges may arise, or a variety of other distractions enter in, and meanwhile our dreams seem to be placed on hold, or left in the closet... Endless to do lists, chores, various obligations, or sometimes health challenges can deter one, making our creative pursuits seem like miles away. So I ask you today, how may it be that you can further simplify your life, thus allowing for further inspiration and guidance to flow forth?
For me, I've chosen to make meditation a part of each day to help quiet my mind, connect to the peace within, and from this place of stillness, there may be times I also allow for visualizations to flow forth, offering guidance to what I may be guided to create next. Sometimes these inspirations flow to me more sporadically as well, perhaps during exercising, or driving in the car, but generally I notice that the more spaciousness I create in my life, the more there is that space for higher insights to shine forth as well.
Allowing time for creation could mean many things, depending what it is that you'd like to prioritize. It could mean creating experiences, creating a variety of projects, offering service to the community, and so forth. Ultimately though, these experiences and relationships that we create are as a way to express what we already have within us, which is Light, Love, Joy, and Peace! The more we can connect to this essence within us, feel the joy from within, and align with these higher vibrations, the more we may also be inspired to create a world that mirrors what is on the inside.
May it be so that your creative heart shines forth in all that you do!
With Love, Nicole
