Our 3 community groups include: Walking and Meditation in Nature,
Gentle Yoga, Music & Meditation, along with a Spiritual Discussion Group on Zoom.
Heart Light Magic:
Walking and Meditation in Nature Group
This is an ongoing community group that will take place once a month on a weekend evening. We will meet in various outdoor locations, which may include Mission Trails, Lake Murray, Mission Bay, and various beaches around the San Diego area. The duration of the walk will typically be around 30 minutes with time for meditation and discussion as well. This group is intended for all ages of adults 18+.
Come join us for a beautiful, mindful and contemplative walk in nature, including a group meditation to connect us with our "Heart Light," followed by uplifting and inspiring discussions on a variety of open-ended spiritual topics. All religions and spiritual paths are welcome, with the core focus being on embracing one's heart qualities. We may also end with tea and cookies. Examples of discussion topics may include how the magic of connecting to heart qualities such as gratitude, love, and peace can help to transform one's entire life, while also blessing others as well.

Heart Light Magic:
Gentle Yoga, Music & Meditation Group
Are you ready to align with your Heart Light Magic? :) This is an ongoing community group that will take place once a month on a weekend evening. We meet at Hospitality Point by the gazebo near the main parking lot, and then move over to the grass, overlooking the bay and ocean areas. There will also be an opportunity for sunset viewing as well. This group is intended for all ages of adults 18+.
Come join us for a beautiful experience out in nature, including a 20-25 minute gentle yoga routine, followed by a 15-20 group meditation shared by Nicole, and a song at the end of each experience. The last 10-15 minutes will be a time for spiritual discussion connected to the meditation, with tea and cookies provided!
All are welcome, with the core focus of our meditations being on aligning with one's "Heart Light" and embracing one's heart qualities, focusing on Love, Light, Peace, and so forth. The more we are able to see life through the lens of "Heart Light Magic," this may bring greater joy and appreciation into one's current life circumstances while also setting the tone for a wonderful future as well. Each week's meditation will be a transformative opportunity to connect to one's "Heart Light", shifting into the energy of even greater Love and Light, one step at a time. Your presence will be greatly appreciated as we support and uplift each other through this process!

Heart Light Magic:
Spiritual Discussion Group
Come join us for inspiring and uplifting book discussions on a variety of spiritual topics. Heart Light Magic Spiritual Book Group will be meeting every Wednesday evening from 7:00-8:15pm on zoom. There will be a variety of different spiritual books and authors shared, shifting books every couple months or so. This group will be open to all religions and spiritual paths, with the main focus of the books being on how to further align with one's "Heart Light Magic" qualities of Light, Love, Joy, Peace, and so forth, and helping us all to get in touch with this magic at an even deeper level.
Before each session I'll post the recommended pages to read, along with sharing an excerpt from a key passage, and then we will meet on zoom to discuss the passage and any other highlights from the reading or inspiring ideas to share. Please note that it is not required to actually purchase to read the book to attend meetings since we will also be sharing excerpts to reflect on, although it may deepen your experience if you do decide to follow along with the readings.
